SHIPPING POLICY

Digital Products

All ebooks and digital products sold through sdp-media.com are delivered electronically. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a download link. Most digital products are available for immediate download.

If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at info@raulequineinc.us with your order number.

Digital products do not require shipping and no shipping fees are charged.

Physical Books

Physical book editions are not shipped directly by SDP Media. Print editions of our books are sold and fulfilled by Amazon or other authorized third-party retailers. Shipping costs, delivery times, and tracking are managed by the retailer of purchase.

International Customers

Digital products are available worldwide via email delivery. Physical books may have international shipping restrictions depending on the retailer; please review the retailer's shipping policy at the time of purchase.
