SHIPPING POLICY

Digital Products
All ebooks and digital products sold through sdp-media.com are delivered electronically. After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your download link. Most ebooks are available to download right away.

If your download link has not arrived within 30 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it still isn't there, contact us at sdp-media@raulequineinc.us with your order number.

Digital products are not shipped, and there are no shipping fees.

Physical Books
Signed copies purchased directly from SDP Media, in person or at events, are shipped by us within the United States by standard mail, usually within 3–5 business days after the book ships. Shipping is $8.00 per order. You will receive an email with tracking once your book is on its way.
Print editions bought from Amazon or other retailers are shipped by that retailer, under its own shipping times and policies.

International Customers
Ebooks are available worldwide by email delivery. Physical books may have international shipping limits depending on the retailer, so please check the retailer's shipping policy when you order.
