SDP Media is an independent publishing house founded by Silvana Dugandžić Penavić. It is a New York company and the publishing arm of Raul Equine Inc.
We publish in two languages — English and Croatian. Our list includes children's books rooted in heritage, wisdom books on presence and leadership, and The Silvana Magazine.
Every title carries one thread: ancestral memory turned into light for the reader who comes next.
Silvana Dugandžić Penavić is a Croatian-American author, entrepreneur, and publisher. She emigrated from Zagreb to New York in 1990, where she went on to earn an M.Sc. in Business Management from Stony Brook University. Her early background is in mathematics and physics.
In 2010 she founded Raul E® New York, a luxury beauty and fashion brand. In recent years she has turned her attention to publishing — the work that began as a quiet practice of writing for her own clarity, and has grown into a body of books and stories shared in two languages.
Today she is also an international keynote speaker and master class teacher on executive presence and leadership. She speaks to founders, executives, and leaders — women and men — who have built something real and are ready for what is next, and she teaches Leadership · The Sacred Guide, her first master class. She is the mother of four and the grandmother of three. Her heritage is Hercegovinian-Dalmatian inland karst — on her father’s side from Vionica near Međugorje, on her mother’s side from Sinj.
She lives and writes in New York and Florida.
