That same day, the book met its first readers in person at the Children’s Book Fair at Oxford Exchange in Tampa.
About the Author
Silvana Dugandžić Penavić is a Croatian-American author and the founder of SDP Media. She is a mother of four and a grandmother of three. Born in Zagreb, with roots in Dalmatia and Herzegovina.
She lives and writes in New York and Florida, creating stories and keepsakes that help families carry their light from one generation to the next.
